Mary Langford draws on her 40+ years of experience in international school to provide the following services to schools and families:

We are very proud of our students’ results which is a tribute to the collaborative working partnerships formed with their respective consultants who facilitate their learning and school colleagues who provide overall supervision. Success in the IB SSST Literature A programme is highly dependent on students who possess agency, motivation, and curiosity, fuelled by independent study skills and creativity.

Teachers of Excellence

Our extensive network of language teachers are for the most part IB language teachers who are working (or who have previously worked) in IB world schools. A few are university lecturers who may not have IB experience (we give them some training and guidelines) but who have expert knowledge of the literature and an understanding of literary analysis. We also have two or three teachers who work with some of our younger (age 11-15) students who are having mother tongue language support in anticipation of a return to their home countries where they will continue their secondary education, or who aspire to take SSST Lit A in their mother tongue. Almost all of our teachers have come via personal recommendation from professional colleagues in IB schools.
